Deep Purple - Arrogant Boy & Diablo Limited Single Edition (Master Record)

Overall limited to 200 records

Deep Purple release Arrogant Boy through earMUSIC. The powerful, fast-paced hard rock tune is the first musical statement from SPLAT!, Deep Purple’s new studio album, out July 3^rd on earMUSIC.

Deep Purple are currently featured on the cover of Classic Rock Germany, where the magazine highlights Arrogant Boy as “an electrifying song in the style of Space Truckin’ or Highway Star’, adding that it ‘doesn’t copy these classics; rather, it cleverly varies them.”

Frontman Ian Gillan says of Arrogant Boy: ‘”This is the story of Billy who couldn’t read or write. He is unhappy with things, so he speaks up, and finds a way of irritating, one way or another, the elite. And I can’t think of anything more fun than irritating the elite. It would be a joyous exercise for me every morning after coffee.’”

The single arrives one week after Deep Purple announced their new studio album SPLAT!. Once again, the band has teamed up with producer Bob Ezrin, continuing a collaboration that has shaped the band’s recent studio albums, all of which reached number one on the album charts in multiple countries.

Furthermore, this record will have the track Diablo, which will be released during HighEnd 2026 worldwide for the first time.

Master Record

If you want to get as close as possible to the playback quality of a master tape copy with your record player, you should definitely consider the new Revox Horch Master Record Edition when making your purchase decision.

Normally, such master copies are only used as a “mother” for the production of pressed records and never end up on a turntable.

Now you have the opportunity to hear such a jewel of sound on your turntable. Produced with first-class analog equipment and Japanese MDC lacquer plates of the highest standards. Carefully cut in real time from an analog master tape on a vintage STUDER A80 tape machine and a Neumann recording machine.

The result is that each Revox Horch House Master Record is a unique and sensitive object, offering the warmest, most authentic stereophonic sound you will ever hear on a record.
