Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. 

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take possession of the last item. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Revox Deutschland GmbH, Am Krebsgraben 15, 78048 Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, phone: +49 7721 8704 0, email: info@revox.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. 

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from contract” button at https://revox.com/pages/widerruf. If you use this option, we will send you without delay (e.g. by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal, stating its content and the date and time of receipt, on a durable medium. 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 

Effects of withdrawal 

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. 

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. 

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (Revox Deutschland GmbH, Am Krebsgraben 15, 78048 Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. 

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. 

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. 

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal 

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312g(2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB)). 

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g(2) No. 6 BGB). This applies to Revox Music recordings (e.g. vinyl records and cassettes) and tapes from Revox Music delivered sealed.

How your withdrawal works 

  1. Declare your withdrawal: using the “Withdraw from contract” button, by email to info@revox.de, by letter or with the model withdrawal form. No reason is required. 

  1. Confirmation of receipt: If you use the “Withdraw from contract” button, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email without undue delay. 

  1. Return: Please send the goods to Revox Deutschland GmbH, Am Krebsgraben 15, 78048 Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, within 14 days of your withdrawal. You bear the cost of the return. 

  1. Refund: We will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you used for your order. For advance payment (Vorkasse), we will transfer the amount to the account your payment came from. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return. 

Notes 

Packaging: Please pack the goods well padded and protected, ideally in the original packaging. Your right of withdrawal does not depend on this. 

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. You may withdraw from the purchase and order the desired item separately.
