Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@revox.de or fill out the Withdrawal Form. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Revox Deutschland GmbH, Am Krebsgraben 15, 78048 Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items and individually produced tape recordings from the Revox Music series), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Tape Recordings

Tape recordings from the Revox Music range are individually produced according to your order. As these are personalized, made-to-order items, they are excluded from returns and exchanges.

Exchanges

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction. This does not apply to tape recordings from the Revox Music series – as described above, these are excluded from returns and exchanges.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason, if the goods are shipped within the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Excluded from this right of withdrawal are individually produced tape recordings from the Revox Music series, made to your order, as these are personalized, made-to-order items within the meaning of Section 312g(2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), for which no right of withdrawal exists.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
