Shipping and Payment Terms

Delivery of ordered goods takes place within approx. 3–5 business days after payment has been received in full. Should delivery be delayed – for example due to unexpectedly high demand or supplier shortages – we will inform you immediately.

Free shipping within EU countries on the European continent as well as to Switzerland. For deliveries to outermost regions (European territories outside the European continent, e.g. French overseas departments, the Canary Islands, the Azores, Madeira) as well as to all other countries, we charge individual shipping costs. The actual shipping costs for your delivery country will be shown to you in the shopping cart once you have entered your delivery country, and will also be displayed before completing your order during the checkout process.

For Revox Music recordings, we do not offer free shipping. The applicable shipping costs will be shown to you before completing your order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union and Switzerland (e.g. to the USA), additional customs duties, import charges, and local taxes may apply. These are levied separately by the relevant authorities upon import and are borne by you as the recipient.

For deliveries to these countries (e.g. USA), we display the price as a net price, since no German VAT applies. For deliveries within Europe, to Switzerland, and within Germany, the usual price display applies.

Revox Music – Tapes

Different delivery times and shipping costs apply to tapes from Revox Music, as these items are individually produced according to your order:

Delivery takes place within approx. 3–4 weeks after payment has been received in full.

As these recordings are individually produced according to your order, the purchase is binding pursuant to Section 312g(2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB); no right of withdrawal exists for these items.
