Over the past 15 years, Horch House has become the world market leader in analog master tapes. The Horch House brand, led by Volker Lange, stands for uncompromising quality.
Revox recently announced that it would produce the B77, an icon among reel-to-reel tape recorders, as the newly developed B77 MK III. Revox plans to gradually offer new products in the analog sector.
Volker Lange will immediately take over the management of the Analog Division, which is currently being established within the Revox Group, and will become a member of the Executive Board.
Christoph Frey, (CEO Revox Group):
"We are very pleased to be able to further strengthen our analog division by acquiring Horch House. The countless existing Horch House licenses with record labels enable us to continuously expand our range of analog sound carriers, such as master tapes. We have already started to produce today's Revox Master Tapes in our factory in Villingen and will gradually transfer the entire production of Horch House to our factory.
I am particularly pleased to have Volker Lange, a proven expert in the field of analog music and analog products, on board. With his expertise, Volker Lange has already played a key role in defining the many new features of the B 77 MK III. We will intensively pursue the strategy of offering not only products but also the necessary music carriers for them. Many innovations in this area are already in planning.
In the coming years, we will continue to pursue our "dual strategy": on the one hand, further developing our multi-user system, and on the other hand, continuously building up the analog division."

"After many years of development work, I am now looking forward to shaping the future with the Revox team. The enormous technical knowledge that Revox possesses impressed me deeply from day one. The decades of experience in the field of tape recorders and record players are unique. The combination of this experience and the openness to new ideas and approaches of all Revox employees is a unique basis for us to strongly expand Revox's Analog Division worldwide over the coming years."
