For Revox T77 Turntable
The T77 Turntable is a high-end record player with a unique, integrated MC phono preamplifier. The integration of the preamplifier enables the best and shortest connection between the pickup and the preamplifier, thus resulting in the highest signal quality.
To ensure the best sound quality, absolute speed accuracy is essential. To this end, the T77 has a highly precise electronic PLL speed control via a non-contact optical sensor.
The tonearm is made of high-quality metals, with a carbon fiber tonearm tube. The tonearm wire is connected directly to the preamplifier by hand.
The T77 comes with the high-quality MC cartridge Ortofon Quintet Black S: the Quintet Black S is equipped with a Nude Shibata diamond, considered one of the best available stylus profiles, mounted on a high-performance sapphire cantilever. The Shibata's slim, highly polished profile allows for an extremely wide contact area with the walls of the groove, ensuring detailed and pure reproduction across the entire spectrum, including high-frequency groove information.
The operation is done by exclusively designed and backlit metal buttons directly on the glass plate. This makes operating the turntable extremely easy and intuitive and offers a unique feel.
The platter of the T77 is made of black POM (polyoxymethylene), so no extra platter mat is necessary.
The connection concept is suitable for both studio and home systems:
- XLR OUT
- RCA phono / Cinch via included adapters
- Switch for studio and home systems
Special feature XLR connector: Known from studio and stage technology, XLR (External Live Return) connectors are particularly characterized by their robustness, reliability and interference-free signal transmission. The balanced XLR connection ensures the best sound and high-quality transmission - in professional recording studios as well as in private audio systems. XLR outputs allow signals to be transmitted without loss of quality or interference. With the built-in XLR output, the new Revox T77 is perfectly equipped for perfect playback - in both private and professional environments.
A cover made of solid acrylic glass is included to protect the turntable (included in the scope of delivery), which can also be easily removed completely.
